    Pickup from our location in Alexander is free. Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee, which increases the further your event is from Alexander.

  • What do I need to rent your equipment?

    A signed rental contract and a valid Arkansas driver’s license are required. If your license is from out-of-state, an accompanying person with a valid Arkansas license must co-sign.

  • Is insurance required?

    Battery-powered speaker and lighting rentals do not require insurance, though it is strongly recommended. These speakers can be expensive if lost, stolen, or damaged, sometimes costing thousands of dollars. For our premium BASSBOSS system, insurance is required. The policy must cover the full replacement cost of the equipment, and the deposit you place must match your chosen deductible. We’re happy to recommend providers for quotes.

  • What about deposits?

    All rentals require a refundable deposit. For battery-powered speakers, lighting, mics, and mixers, the deposit is collected on a debit or credit card in the same name as the renter. Details will be discussed at the time of booking.

  • Can I use this equipment for any type of event?

    Yes! While many of our clients book for weddings, our systems are ideal for proms, corporate events, fundraisers, reunions, private parties, and any event where high-quality sound and lighting are important.
