How Roots & Rhythm Gives Back

Every year, we intentionally reserve space on our calendar to support grassroots organizations, neighborhood groups, and small nonprofits making a difference. Whether it’s a community gathering, a small fundraiser, or a mission-driven celebration, we love showing up for those who show up for others.
We don’t list the exact equipment on this page — not because we’re hiding anything, but because every nonprofit and every mission is unique. We want to talk with you, understand your event, and tailor our support with intention.

Our nonprofit sponsorships are designed for

What We Ask in Return (Just a Little Love Back)
Supporting the community is a two-way exchange. When we sponsor an event, we simply ask for a few small gestures that help Roots & Rhythm continue lifting others up:
Logo on Promotional Materials
If you’re printing flyers, banners, digital graphics, or social media posts, we ask that the Roots & Rhythm logo be included. It keeps our small business connected to the community we support.
A Shout-Out During the Event
A simple acknowledgment when the equipment is used goes a long way. It spreads awareness without pressure and highlights that community collaboration made the moment possible.
A Review After the Event
Reviews help us grow, help others find us, and allow us to keep offering nonprofit support each year. It’s a small gesture with a big impact.
Refundable Equipment Deposit
Because keeping things safe is a priority.
Even though the audio support is sponsored, we do require a refundable $200 equipment deposit to protect the gear from accidental damage. When everything comes back in the same condition, your deposit is returned — clean and simple.
