Not at all. Electronic music is one of our specialties, but every wedding is built around the couple.

Can you provide music for the ceremony too?
Yes. Ceremony audio can be added and can include speakers, music playback and wireless microphone options for the officiant, vows or readings.
Do you take song requests?
Yes. We can take requests while still keeping your must-play and do-not-play preferences in mind.
Before the wedding, we’ll talk through the music you definitely want, anything you want avoided and the overall direction you want for the reception.
How far do you travel?
Roots & Rhythm serves weddings throughout Central Arkansas and can travel farther depending on the event.

How much space does your sound system need?
That depends on the system being used and the size of your wedding.
We can adjust the setup based on the venue, guest count and available DJ space while still keeping the equipment clean and professional.
Is the BassBoss system going to be too loud for a wedding?
No. A powerful sound system does not have to mean an excessively loud wedding.
The advantage of high-quality professional audio is having enough headroom to produce clear, full sound without pushing the equipment to its limits. Volume is adjusted appropriately throughout the night.
Do you provide lighting?
Yes. Dance-floor lighting is available and can range from a clean, simple setup to a more immersive production with moving lights and additional effects.
Can we request an EDM-heavy portion later in the night?
Absolutely.
If you want the reception to start traditionally and transition into house, bass music, drum & bass, dubstep or another electronic style later in the evening, we can plan the flow around that.
How early should we book?
Popular wedding dates can fill well in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons.
If you already have your venue and date secured, it is a good idea to reach out as early as possible.
How do we reserve our date?
Once we confirm availability and the package that fits your wedding, we’ll send over the booking agreement and reservation details.
